oh thank god nintendo. the 2ds is not just some kid friendly handheld, or a budget dual screen. its nintendo's return to form. its the beginning of the gameboy reboot. less flimsy. less gimicky. but no less powerful. in fact with the simplified innards and no hinge i bet 2ds's will long out live their 3d bretheren.
that said i haven't held one let alone tried racing on one. so with rumors of its better ergonomics i can dream of zooming down those tracks drifting corners and launching shells but its all conjecture... here's hoping post christmas craigslist is bountiful for ever one searching.
